Fund Corporate Officer Our client, a leading international fund administrator, are seeking a fund corporate officet to join their Luxemoburg team. This role primarily focusses across a portoflio consisting of large German real estate funds and offers a great opportunity to progress with a client-facing role.  Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of institutional real estate clients, overseeing corporate governance and legal administration.Draft, review, and manage legal documents, including board resolutions, agreements, and incorporation filings.Organize and lead Board and Shareholders’ meetings, ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping.Oversee KYC/KYT compliance, liaise with internal teams, and maintain stakeholder relationships.Support tax, accounting, and regulatory reporting, including FATCA and CRS if applicable.Mentor junior team members and ensure high client satisfaction.Qualifications:Mininum of 2 years experience within a corporate/legal role within Luxembourg or Germany Familarity with real estate fundsFluency/business fluency in German You must have right to work in Luxembourg and have previous working experience in Luxembourg or Germany to be considered for this role.
