Our client, a leading international fund administrator, are seeking a fund corporate officet to join their Luxemoburg team. This role primarily focusses across a portoflio consisting of large German real estate funds and offers a great opportunity to progress with a client-facing role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of institutional real estate clients, overseeing corporate governance and legal administration.
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents, including board resolutions, agreements, and incorporation filings.
- Organize and lead Board and Shareholders’ meetings, ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping.
- Oversee KYC/KYT compliance, liaise with internal teams, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Support tax, accounting, and regulatory reporting, including FATCA and CRS if applicable.
- Mentor junior team members and ensure high client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Mininum of 2 years experience within a corporate/legal role within Luxembourg or Germany
- Familarity with real estate funds
- Fluency/business fluency in German
