Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of institutional real estate clients, overseeing corporate governance and legal administration.
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents, including board resolutions, agreements, and incorporation filings.
- Organize and lead Board and Shareholders’ meetings, ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping.
- Oversee KYC/KYT compliance, liaise with internal teams, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Support tax, accounting, and regulatory reporting, including FATCA and CRS if applicable.
- Mentor junior team members and ensure high client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in corporate law, with real estate expertise. Knowledge of SICAR, SIF, and RAIF is a plus.
- Strong governance and legal administration skills, including acquisitions, incorporations, and liquidations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and corporate software (e.g., SAP).
- Fluency in English and German; French is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and client-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
