Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Relationship Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of clients. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining long-term relationships, and overseeing their investment strategies to deliver a high-quality client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and win Private Wealth clients, expanding the firm's client base through strategic networking and outreach.
- Relationship Management: Build deep, trusted relationships with private clients, understanding their financial goals and tailoring solutions to their needs.
- Investment Strategy: Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with client objectives, coordinating with in-house Portfolio Manager
- Client Retention: Ensure client satisfaction through regular touchpoints, personalized service, and consistent portfolio reviews.
- Market Insights: Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory changes, offering informed guidance to clients.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record in relationship management within private banking or external asset management.
- Client Base: Existing network of HNWI
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management solutions.
- Languages: Proficiency in English; additional languages such as German, French, or Italian are a plus.
- Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, sales acumen, and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CFA) are advantageous.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the clients' business objectives and challenges and creating strategic recommendations based off of this understanding. You will do so by building a strong relationship with our clients and analyzing our clients' data. Essentially, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients.
