Our client, a boutique fund administrator, are looking to bring in a fund accounting manager following the on-boarding of new real estate funds. In this role you will take responsibility for these new funds as well as assisting the fund accounting department with accounting tasks. You will be reporting directly into the head of fund administration. This is the perfect role if you are looking for flexibility and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- Take directorship of new real estate funds: leading the client relationship and delegating accounting tasks accordingly
- Review and assist accounting outputs for clients
- Attend client meetings and liaise with relevant external stakeholders
- Assist in fund accounting tasks: NAV calculation, financial statement preparation
- Respond to investor due-diligence reports
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum of three years experience in fund or SPV accounting in Luxembourg
- Experience across real estate funds
