With no legacy systems and a start-up mindset, you will support in building an agile, innovative organisation from the ground up.
We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead and shape the finance function.
The Opportunity:
This is a rare chance to build a best-in-class finance operation in a high-growth environment. You will report to the CFO and manage two direct reports whilst taking ownership of financial operations, control frameworks, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial operations: claim payments, bank reconciliations, internal controls
- Ensure financial accuracy and act as the finance point of contact
- Build and maintain a strong financial control framework
- Manage and develop two direct reports
- Stakeholder management across partners, banks, and payment providers
- Deliver meaningful MI reporting
- Oversee aged debt, claims, and payments
- Identify and implement continuous process enhancements
About You:
✅ Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
✅ Strong experience managing both processes and people
✅ Skilled in stakeholder relationship management
✅ Familiar with direct debits and card collections
