Our client are looking for an experienced Finance Integration Consultant who will be responsible for leading and managing the integration of financial systems and processes as part of the M&A and restructuring processes.
The role needs a highly skilled consultant with deep understanding of financial systems, accounting principles and project management.

Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, PMP, PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
- 5 years of experience in finance integration, financial systems implementation, or related roles.
- Proven track record of managing complex integration projects.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Understanding of accounting principles, controls and financial reporting.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
