This role will give someone the opportunity to take on responsibility across the business and play a key role in the development of the compliance framework with a focus on creating compliance policies and reviewing upcoming regulatory changes. It's a hands on role where you will be able to take the lead on key compliance tasks.
Your Role:
- Develop new and review existing compliance policies
- Responsible for horizon scanning to ensure the business remains compliant with upcoming regulatory changes
- Prepare regulatory reports for senior management
- Deliver compliance training to staff across the business
About You:
- Strong MiFID understanding and experience
- Experience working in a compliance and/or audit position
- Experience of writing policies and regulatory reports
