Broadgate is working with a Swiss-based boutique asset manager with a global reach, leveraging two decades of expertise to offer a comprehensive private market investment journey. This is a full-time on-site role located in Zurich for a Relationship Manager.
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining client relationships
- Ensuring client satisfaction, and providing ongoing support and advisory services.
- Managing client portfolios, conducting regular performance reviews, advising on investment strategies, and addressing client inquiries and concerns
- The Relationship Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and meet client needs.
- Proven experience in client relationship management and advisory services
- Strong understanding of investment strategies, portfolio management, and financial markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams
- Proficiency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant certifications such as CFA or equivalent are advantageous
- Experience in the asset management industry is a plus
