Accounting Manager 
Our client, mid-sized private equity firm are looking to bring in an experienced accounting professional to strengthen their local team in Luxembourg. All accounting within this business is done entirely in-house.

Roles & Responsibilities 
  • Handle the day-to-day accounting of some entities of the group and is in support for the group accounting consolidation
  • Prepare the tax and legal reports (monthly VAT, annual VAT, Net Wealth Tax, Company tax, annual accounts, ...)
  • Contributes to the accounting of the investment transactions
  • Prepare the daily cash monitoring and management
  • Prepare and ensure the follow-up of financial and other external audits
  • Assist at the valuation process and controls of the fund of fund activities
  • Take care of document management and archiving of finance supporting documents
  • Portfolio management

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience within private equity accounting in Luxembourg or Belgium 
  • Experience across private equity or venture capital fund accounting 
  • Fluent in French and English
  • You will need experience across these 6 components to be considered: accounting, reporting, cash management, tax, controlling and portfolio management
