Lauren Finlay

Lauren focuses on delivering diverse talent to successful, inclusive, high-growth environments within Accounting & Finance in Ireland.

Lauren has a degree in International Business from the University of Leeds. After graduating from university, she lived in Wales for 9 months before travelling to Indonesia and then to Australia, where she spent a year. Lauren moved to Ireland in 2021 and has been with Broadgate Search ever since.

"The best thing about Broadgate and the wider Trinnovo Group is 100% the inclusivity. There is no ‘hierarchical’ division. You could be sat around a table with a trainee, a senior principal, and a managing director and they will all treat you with the same respect.”
